A Mi Manera

The garden of A Mi Manera [My Way] is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by nature, offering a quite unique atmosphere. A great deal of attention is paid to the care of their gardens, where all produce is organically grown, allowing the restaurant to offer 0 km food. Respecting the island’s natural resources is important to all that work here. Disposable napkins and organic tablecloths are used that do not need to be washed, and water is used almost exclusively for the care of the earth.

The menu at A Mi Manera offers classic Mediterranean cuisine with a strong Italian family influence. A charcoal grill is central to this, with premium cuts of Wagyu, Kobe and Black Angus beef on offer alongside a mouth-watering local pluma Iberica. A wonderful addition to the gastronomic landscape of the island which is pioneering the way to a more sustainable future. Bravo.
