Aubergine

Located just a few minutes’ drive from the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis, Aubergine is an idyllic natural kitchen that offers a fresh and delicious farm to table menu, mixing Mediterranean and local produce to perfection. Surrounded my farmland, much of food you will find on the menu is grown in the fields surrounding this quaint little restaurant.

With two terraces, there is a choice of al fresco dining and with the shop selling many of the speciality items on the menu, as well as the quaint and colourful crockery, there’s every chance of leaving with a special souvenir of your visit. You will find a weekend market and some themed events throughout the summer also offer other reasons to drop in, but the true star of this show is the food.
