Es Caliu is the restaurant where traditional and avant-garde merge. In the cozy environment of a 200-year-old country house, with rustic decoration, the two dining spaces complement each other, one a glazed interior room and the other a patio of fruit trees underneath the stars.

In Es Caliu diners will discover the most traditional Ibizan dishes as well as barbecued and grilled meats, rice on request and fresh fish of the day. Most, if not all, of the fruit and vegetables come from their own organic country gardens, so make sure you check out their natural juices and cocktails. And since dessert is a fundamental part of any menu, everything is homemade and prepared to order. A real taste of Ibiza.
