This stunning hotel now opens its doors to diners twice a week so that we can all find our place at Pure House Ibiza. On Thursday and Saturday evenings, diners are invited to arrive between 8.30pm and 9.30pm for one exclusive sitting. Each night has its own three-course menu, designed by Pure House Ibiza head chef Benjamin Croquet, using the very finest seasonal and local produce.
