Salvia Ibiza is an elegant restaurant that serves authentic Mediterranean food with an international touch at the Ca Na Xica hotel & spa, in the heart of Ibiza, between Santa Gertrudis and Sant Miquel de Balansat. Dishes are prepared with an international twist by Galician head chef Chef Sergio Zubiadut and range from classic Spanish starters to Asian influenced snacks, through to amazing grilled meat and fish. Saturday night is jazz night with live acoustic shows under the stars, the perfect accompaniment to a magnificent menu.
